Roberto Arbulú

Biography

Executive Vice President of Technical Services at Strategic Project Solutions (SPS), member and instructor in Project Production Management (PPM) of the Project Production Institute (PPI). Roberto has over twenty-five years of experience delivering oil and gas, industrial, infrastructure and technology projects globally. Roberto has published numerous articles and technical works on the optimization of production systems in projects.

In 2008, and in collaboration with the Center for Integrated Facility Engineering (CIFE) at Stanford University, he contributed to the launch of the Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Certification Program. Since then, he has been actively involved in VDC certification of project professionals around the world. In addition, Roberto is a member of the Technical Project Management Committee of the Gulf Downstream Association (GDA) with headquarters in the Arabian Gulf. Roberto is a Civil Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and has a Master of Engineering (M. Eng.) in Engineering and Construction Management, as well as a Certificate in Technology Management, both from the University of California, Berkeley.
