Nora Dainton

Biography

Prof. Nora Dainton is the head of the Master of Science FHNW in Virtual Design and Construction programme at the School of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geomatics, University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland. Until her appointment as professor in early 2021, she was a lecturer at the Institute of Industrial Design for over 10 years and implemented projects in the fields of product design, graphics and photography in her own design studio.
She has a Master of Arts in Design and publishes on topics of higher education didactics. The exploration of potentials in teaching as well as in the design of processes and places are recurring themes in her work.
